Do you have a physical store where you can come and measure?

Orders
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you will be emailed a link to a courier company with a tracking number. Using this link, you can check the current status of your shipment.
Can I change/cancel my order?
You can cancel/change the order as long as it has not been picked up by the courier company. Send a WhatsApp message to customer service at: 0559648775, including the order number and the requested service.
What happens if I receive a damaged item/a mistake was made in the order?
First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please send a WhatsApp message to our customer service with your order number and a picture of the damaged/incorrectly received item and we will take care of you as soon as possible.
Deliveries
Is self-collection possible?
Yes, you can choose to place your order with the self-pickup option. Pick-up is from our warehouse in Rishon LeZion at 9 Rabbi Trubetz Street. Of course, you will receive a WhatsApp message when your order is ready for pickup.
How long does it take for the shipment to arrive after placing the order?
The shipment will reach you within 1-5 business days from the date of placing the order. Please note if a different delivery time is specified on the product page.
During sales, delivery times may be extended by 7-14 business days.
Are you responsible if the package is lost?
If the package is lost during shipping we will do everything we can to assist. We will not be responsible for packages that have been proven to have arrived at their destination. Once the order has arrived at its destination we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen.

Why doesn't my credit card payment go through?
There could be several reasons for this:
- Your credit card may have expired.
- You may have exceeded your credit limit. Please contact your bank.
Is it possible to make a transaction in installments?
A transaction can be made in up to 3 interest-free installments.
